These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MCP Studio (the "Service"), provided by JK Labs Africa ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MCP Studio lets you connect your SQL databases to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol — adding and testing connections, exposing tables or queries as AI tools, and generating MCP servers and client configuration.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. The Model Context Protocol name and mark belong to their respective owner and are referenced descriptively only.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the date above and may notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where JK Labs Africa is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
